About this Project
The Verizon Wireless remodel is a prime example of Ridgeline Builders’ capability when it comes to completing a project to spec, on time, and on budget for a national retail company.
The scope of this project required us to remodel a building that was previously two separate spaces (a retail space and a restaurant). The first step was to deconstruct existing infrastructure (for example, restaurant equipment and under-slab plumbing) and then install new infrastructure, while working as a liaison between the landlord and our client, the tenant, to ensure everyone’s needs are met.

Whenever we work on a tenant improvement project, there is a significant chance of uncovering unforeseen circumstances. It’s critical to deal with these efficiently to avoid delays or cost increases in the construction process.
When these circumstances arise, cooperation between the landlord, the tenant, and the builder is what keeps the project moving forward—and we specialize in that.
This project showcases our ability to move from start to finish efficiently, meeting the needs and expectations of everyone involved.
