Mike and Jerlynn

A challenging project with a stunning, views-for-miles result.

  • Date: 2018
  • Project Type: Residential Building

About this Project

This ambitious design-and-build project stretched our creativity and produced a fantastic result. Mike and Jerilyn knew exactly what they wanted in their new home, which is on a steep lot in a golf course community with specific requirements.

Because of the challenging nature of building on a lot that didn’t really want to be built on, while meeting the guidelines of the community, we spent a lot of time in the planning stages.

We worked with an architect and Mike and Jerilyn to develop a floor plan that would fit within the building envelope while allowing the driveway, garage access, and drainage to work.

All the planning was worth it: the end result is a beautiful home that has served Mike and Jerilyn for a number of years, and provides beautiful views.
